The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge only celebrated their second wedding anniversary yesterday and with their first child on the way, the two 30 something royals are the picture of youthful health.
But one artist duo have conjured up some images of what Kate and William could look like in 50 years, and from wrinkles and saggy skin to frown lines and grey hair, the results are staggeringly realistic.
Kate may only be 31, and William 30, but a researcher and artist have conjured up what the duo could look like aged 81 and 80.
