Lagos State May Varnish In 5O Years Due To Climate Change


This sounds silly but maybe it would give us some food for thought.! Experts say in 50 years to come, Lagos risks being washed away by tidal waves. It is the only Nigerian costal city that might go under if nothing serious is done to stop it.Climate Change and the poor environmental attitude of the residents are already assisting this prediction to come true. Lagos was among cities in the developing world facing similar fate. Cotonou, Liberia and Abdijan in West Africa were in the number. Preposterous.

Woman Gives Birth To Triplets In Displaced Peoples Camp


A flood-displaced woman, Mrs Ojiugo Ifeadigo, has had her tears wiped with the birth of a set of triplets at Fr. Joseph’s Secondary School, Aguleri camp for displaced persons in Anambra East LGA.
The news of the birth was announced in Awka on Thursday by the Executive Secretary of Anambra State Emergency Management Agency, Dr Nwabufo Ejezie, while receiving relief materials donated to flood victims in the state. The babies and their mother are doing fine. Thank God.

Normalcy Returning To Mubi Gradually.



Markets, banks and many schools have opened on Thursday for businesses in Mubi, Adamawa, after the  attack in which over  40 people were killed on Tuesday, including students of the Federal Polytechnic, Mubi.
Normalcy is gradually returning to the metropolis following the relaxation of the 24-hour curfew on the town which now commences from 3 pm to 6 a.m.

She's an actress a wife and a mother of one. She  was nominated for her role as mistress to Benjamin Joseph's character  in "Married but living single". She's a Medical Doctor and studied in MediLag. She's professionally known as Kiki (Nkiruka) Omeili. She has been acting for a few years and started out on Tinsel as one of Ziggys bar guests. She runs a ten minute show on 98.1 Smooth FM's called "Breakfast In Bed". Its great to see a fresh face on the scene without any airs or graces like her colleagues.
