Singer Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z have lost a battle to trademark the name of their baby daughter Blue Ivy.
The celebrity couple had filed legal papers to protect the name of their first born child soon after her birth in January.
This is the photograph which sparked a debate among thousands of people and challenged opinions on beauty and size.
Stella Boonshoft originally posted the picture on her Tumblr account, The Body Love Blog, before it was picked up by photographer Brandon Stanton and published on his photography site Humans of New York.

Sheila Solarin nee Tuer, wife of the late social critic and educationalist, Tai Solarin, died at the Babcock University Teaching Hospital in Ilishan-Remo, Ogun at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
She was born on May 31, 1924 and got married to Tai Solarin on Sept.14, 1951 in Manchester, England. She met her husband during the civil war.The English-born Mrs. Solarin was a dependable ally of her husband who spent a lifetime fighting as a voice for the downtrodden Nigerian masses. She and her Husband started Mayflower. She retired two years ago from actively running Mayflower school when she turned 80.
An official of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Akinyele Adetule, was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos when he attempted to launder $1.4 million (N218m), has confirmed long-held belief that those who know the inner working of the airport are among members of syndicates operating at the airport. “The suspect is a FAAN security guard. He wore his tag and was thus able to move freely in the airport without drawing suspicion. He was carrying a bag and it went through the scanner. It is curious that such a huge sum went through the scanner undetected. Or was it a case of conspiracy and collusion? The suspect was caught before he could board his flight. He was promised a certain amount of money if he was successful.
