According to reports reaching us there are feelers that the on going Fuel scarcity may persist till May 2013. God forbid oh, I thought the reason for Fuel subsidy was abundant Fuel. So why the scarcity!!!!!! Somebody Somewhere Somehow Owes us ALL an explanation.
