Soldiers In South Sudan Spotted With Donated Backpacks For Children.

A few days ago i came cross this tweet and picture from an American based site. I initially thought it was a joke and fake account but a last checked the twitter account and so it was real. How can peace keepers charged with protecting the vulnerable be rocking backpacks donated to children for school. Hopefully the authorities get to see this and some one is held accountable. I often wondered about charities and who ensures that money donated gets to the people its meant for?
