Now, a newly released video from the CR Fashion Book shoot reveals what went on behind-the-scenes, including a cameo from the photographer himself, who chats to Kim's mom Kris on set. The clip, which is set to dramatic, eerie opera music, shows the strange things the 32-year-old star, who was eight months pregnant at the time, went through to achieve the high-fashion shots.
