The Duchess of Cambridge has been discharged from the King Edward the VII Hospital but the ripple effects caused by the Phone prank gone wrong is still been felt.
The nurse who apparently took her own life following the royal hoax call scandal was found hanged in her staff housing, it has been claimed.
Mother-of-two Jacintha Saldanha, 46, left a note for her family.

A post mortem examination was carried out on the body of Mrs Saldanha but the results have not been released. Meanwhile the family would get more than £300,000.
