Nigeria’s Lagos State Government and the Lekki Concession Company have jointly announced a deferment of the commencement of tolling at the second toll gate on the Eti Osa –Lekki- Epe Expressway.
The announcement was made today, 48 hours to the beginning of another toll regime on the yet-to- be completed express way. They said they were reviewing this in the spirit of Christmas. Thank you BRF but we think a complete review of the "levy" charged should be considered. In the end the people would revolt against anything ACN. So BRF and his cronies should park well. Shior.
