•  To avoid the urge to masturbate stop going to porn sites.
• Make a conscious decision not to turn your head after people walk by you.
•  Do not go to strip clubs.
•  Do not look at lust filled magazines. Sound advice from curtis though he doesnt help matters by having semi nude women in his music videos so hes promoting porn either way. He needs to borrow  a leaf from his own book and cut all that rubbish out.
