How awful. Especially the medilag toilet, what manner of infections would be residing there. Seriously who's to blame or at fault, what would can be done about all these horrible toilets mind you some ministries in Nigeria's are as bad. I know we as individuals need to learn to use toilets properly in Nigeria but also the people employed to look after those toilets need to do their jobs properly. Lack of running water also contributes to this eye sores.
