Kenyan Governor Slaps Female Colleague.

Nairobi governor Evans Kidero slaps Nairobi Women's Representative Rachel Shebesh in argument over striking county workers. He said he cant remeber slapping her what a shame. Gee i thought such Barbarism was only common to Nigeria , apparently its an African thing. What a shame, gist is that the Governor just finished meeting with President Goodluck Jonathan, i wonder what he told him that made him react like that.
