8 Ways To Help Your Baby Have A Good Nights Sleep.

Getting a baby to sleep through the night is one of the most important things for many sleep deprived parents. Having a rested baby and rested mom and dad can make a happy family. Here are 8 ways to help your baby get a good night’s sleep:
1. Bath time- Make sure baby gets a bath every night. Not only will this help establish a routine, but the warm water and pleasant smells will help lull baby into a nice calm state.
2. Clutter-free crib- Baby’s crib should be free of all cuddly toys, blankets and bumpers to make sure that there are no hazardous objects in the way as your baby sleeps.

3. Ideal Bedtime- Many experts believe that babies under the age of 1 year old should go to bed before 7 p.m. Babies that are overtired are actually harder to get to sleep.
4. Nighttime Diapers- Keeping the little one super dry at night can help baby sleep better and also help prevent diaper rash.
5. Routines- Making sure that baby knows it’s time for bed with nightly cues such as bath and books will help him recognize when it’s time to wind down.
6. Temperature- Keeping his room cool will help with sleep. No one wants to sleep in a hot room.
7. White Noise- Whether it’s a fan or a music maker, some babies sleep easier when they can hear the dull sound of noise in the background.
8. Swaddle- Bundling baby in this sleeping position simulates being in the womb and can comfort them and make sleep come easier.
Hope this helps.
