Rauf Aregbesola Says Governors Are Not Chief Security Officers.

Osun State Governor, Mr. Rauf Argbesola, has said state governors are not chief security officers of their respective states. He said governors were not chief security officers in the true sense of the word, stressing that “no commissioner of police will listen to the directive or instruction of any governor.” Hmmmmmm though he's right to a certain degree i beg to disagree.
