Obasanjo To Lose 2500 Hectares of Land.

A commission set up by the Ogun State Government revealed that OBJ was Fraudulently allocated 2,500 hectares of land which was given to him by immediate past Governor of Ogun State Gbenga Daniel.
Mr Daniel also allocated 100 hectares to himself via a privately owned company K & F Daniels Ltd. He would also loose his allocation. These revelation came to light with the state government acceptance of the recommendation of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the Land Allocations, Acquisitions, Sales and Concessions of Government Properties and Administration of  Land Policies, Rules and Regulations between January 2004 and May 2011. The government also revoked the land allocated to the Compass Newspaper owned by former governor, Gbenga Daniel. It was alleged that Mr Daniel had gotten the C of O for the land even before he paid for it. It was stated that the price of land was priced at 24million but the Governor only paid 4million for it.
