I am excited at this season because of the testimonies coming in from various homes across the country and outside. It is so great to know that this is generating the desired results and we are preserving the future of our nation. I believe if we can checkmate the predator we would have been able to deal with the effects of child sexual abuse. For sometime we have been trying to explain the sex definition I gave some days ago and we are on the aspect of why the only safe sex is sex in marriage.
Yesterday I said the effect of sex in marriage is good news while outside of marriage is bad news. Sit your child down and let her understand that statement that in marriage when a woman misses her period she is excited and rushes to break the news to her husband but when pregnancy occurs to a pre-teen or teenager the excitement of the pleasure is gone and the guy would never agree to accept the pregnancy. In their bid to keep it away from the parents young people resort to abortion so quiz your girl a bit by asking:
- who gets pregnant?
- Who goes through abortion?
- Who dies through abortion?
- Who loses her womb during abortion if there are complications?
- Who drops out of school becos of pregnancy?
- Who does menial job to raise a child?
- Who gets stigmatized by the society cos of unwanted pregnancy?
- Who is the fool?
- Who should be wise?
Instruct your girl that the most important word in her dictionary must be No and not Yes to any guy or adult trying to play funny and tell her should any adult call her the most beautiful girl outside You she must realize that the most beautiful girl in Nigeria expires every 365days.
