Pandemonium broke loose a few hours ago when 4 different mentally challenged people were seen in different parts of Ibadan with Human parts this morning. The strange occurrence which led to tightened security all over the state has increased fear all over Ibadan.
The challenged individuals also had in their possession various items ranging from Guns, Phones, ATM Cards. This comes Barely 5 days after the discovery of 20 bodies (Read Here) believed to have been killed for ritual purposes in a Forest in Ibadan, Oyo State.
