Paul and Daughter Meadow.
Nearly four months after Paul Walker’s tragic death, his family is still squabbling over who will raise his fifteen-year-old daughter Meadow – and control the $16 million trust she inherited from her father. RadarOnline.com has learned that today Walker’s mother, Cheryl, asked a Los Angeles judge to take a guardianship petition she had filed for Meadow off calendar, because the family is attempting to reach a custody agreement outside of a courtroom.
Cheryl filed legal documents last week asking a judge to make her Meadow’s guardian, because, she alleged, Meadow’s mother Rebecca Soteros has a “drinking problem.” But now, the judge has formally appointed a court investigator to meet with Meadow, and the family, in the hopes they can resolve the situation on their own.
