If you all recall a while back there was gist out there that Samsung brand ambassador and Nigeria's got talent judge 41 year Kate Henshaw had an exercise DVD deal in the pipeline well we can authoritatively tell you that the DVD is out on sale now. The DVD is called Kate's Fit 4 Life. As we all know Kate has a fit body which is down to her diligent exercise regime. Its already on sale in respective stores. This DVD is the 1st of its kind in Nigeria. Way to go Kate.
