The ashes of beloved TV dad James Avery were scattered off the coast of Los Angeles Saturday, with a small portion reserved for a similar ceremony in Atlantic City, his mom told the Daily News.
“He was raised at the beach, and we both believe water is everlasting,” mom Florence Avery, 89, told The News Monday. “Whenever you go to the beach, the water just goes on forever. That’s life after death.” The star died of type2 diabetes. May he rest in peace. Amen
