Metropolitan Police Increase Reward For Killer Of Nigerian Teenager In London.
Lerone Boye Late Kevin Chibueze.
Metropolitan Police have raised the amount of reward money on offer for information leading to the arrest of a man who escaped a mental institute while serving a 28-year sentence for murder (Read Here). Detectives are now offering £15,000 to anyone who provides details that help the force capture Lerone Michael Boye, 27, who was convicted of murdering Kelvin Chibueze in August 2011.
The new reward is a £5,000 increase from £10,000 as officers desperately try to track down the escaped murderer, who was last seen on October 16 at the John Howard Centre in Kenworthy Road, Homerton, east London. Police describe Boye as a “black man who is 5ft 10in tall and of slim build. He has a distinctive horseshoe shape scar on his right cheek and a gold tooth in his upper row of teeth. When he was last seen Boye was wearing a grey/blue sweatshirt with a grey vest over the top. He was also wearing grey jogging bottoms. He had short hair and a goatee beard. Officers have intelligence that suggests Boye may still be in the east London area – he is known to have links to Barking, Newham and Ilford. Members of the public are advised to not approach Boye, but call 999. The crux of the story is that tehys were fighting over a girl. Whats up with Nigerian parents in the UK, most times when i see the news about a crime committed i hope and pray in my heart that there would not be a nigerian involved but 9 times out of 10 there would be a Nigerian. Why. Has the culture of working nonstop gotten to parents that they dont have tie training their kids again?
