A newborn baby boy wrapped in white clothing placed inside a polythene bag was dumped at the back-yard of a compound in Okota, Lagos. The baby was believed to have been dumped by an unknown person, probably a mother. He was discovered at around 8p.m. on November 24, 2013, Sunday. The baby was already dead when he was found, he probably died of suffocation. Why didnt the mom drop him at a motherless babies home or something. There are people out there looking for children.
