We all suspected when she was seen spotting a ring a few weeks back well its official, The "Kisses Down Low" singer Kelly Rowland 32, is engaged to marry her manager and boyfriend Tim Witherspoon. "She has been showing [the ring] off to friends and family and is very happy," one insider tells Us. "She wants to...enjoy [it] and celebrate for a bit longer. Rumors that Witherspoon had popped the question circulated when Rowland was seen wearing a large diamond ring in a video on a pal's Instagram account.
