Bangalee D'Banj Booed Off Stage In Zimbabwe As He Fails To Impress.
The show which started on a low note was opened by King Shaddy followed by Guspy Warrior. But all eyes were on D’banj because he was the main attraction at this year’s edition. He however left fans disgruntled and regretting ever parting with their hard earned cash to attend the show as he failed to wow the crowd. His opening song was "Fall in Love", followed by "Oliver Twist", "Kukere" remix, "Don't Tell Me Nonsense", "Igwe" and "Why Me" and then he lost it. After failing to rise to the occasion, he tried sexually suggestive dances with ladies he calls "Kokolates" on the stage, but still could not win the hearts of many entertainment hungry fans. However, Ugandan chanter Bebe Cool did his best despite being a nonentity in Zimbabwe.
He simply put on a spirited performance despite the fact that the majority of locals are not familiar with his stuff. D'Banj was the opposite of the Nigerian twins P-Square who performed at the same festival last year and left fans asking for more. Am shocked , is he loosing his touch or hes forgotten how to wow a crowd maybe he needs some IDJA.
