On Wednesday, 59 school children at a boarding school in Yobe state were burned or shot when the Islamist group, Boko Haram set the school on fire. Boko Haram means "Western education is sinful," in the Hausa language. President Goodluck Jonathan called the attack "callous and senseless murder…" The Senate Committee on Defence and Army on Wednesday in Abuja directed the Chief of Army Staff to relocate temporarily to Maiduguri. The Thompson Sekibo-led Committee made the call at the 2014 budget defence of the committee.

Tunde was accused of a missing N1.2m at Ecobank,Ladipo branch where he worked sometime late last year. He was asked to refund the money. According to Tunde,someone posted the money with his system.
